Without naming your location, rate your store from 1 (being the worst) to 10 (being the best) and why. I’ll start first. I'd rate my location as a 6. We seem to be way more unorganized after the layoffs that happened last year. We let go of coworkers with experience and knowledge that helped maintain a well-run operation. Because of this I have seen morale at an all-time low with coworkers being unhappy and no longer giving their all.

I second the ratimg on store 001. I think the MODs, except for one, must be shoving that 210 phone into the back of a filing cabinet. They never answer for anything. You could be standing at the register getting ready to p-e on yourself with an angry customer in your face, and they're not answering.
Trussville Alabama gets a big 1 . 11 people have left in 6 weeks . 5 managers . It literally sucks . Worst store & job ever .
I want to name my location! West Town Knoxville, Tennessee. The absolute worst! Disorganized, management has their favorites. It's basically a $hit$how. One of our STMs was fcking a Loss Prevention Detective and management just turned a blind eye. They have been through so many management changes it isn't even funny. It's basically the most disgusting, nasty store I've ever experienced. Rats running rampant through the back areas of the store. Employees written up for the exact same things that management does. It's do as I say not do as I do. I'm interviewing or 3 jobs next week and can't wait to jump off this sinking ship. The truck shipments have trickled down and what we do get is Kim Rogers junk that no one wants.
My store in Oxford Mississippi rates a 10! But, and its a huge but, corporate doesn't gives a rat's a-s about us! My managers work along with us and truly care about us. We are all stressed out of our minds! I rate corporate zero! We now literally have Dollar General merchandise replacing the uber brands we use to carry.
I'm in rock hill SC.i rate us a 2 we have a TERRIBLE STORE MANAGER.she never here after 4 no nights no sundays. literally clueless has said anyone over 50 needs to b put out to pasture
Store 001 is a disaster, rating a 3. Not enough associates to cover depts or help customers, no one answers 210, floor is disorganized, trucks and markdowns are way behind and recovery is out of control. How can you find STH or fill orders?? All good employees have left or are leaving and store manager doesn’t even speak to the associates!

The Belk in Raytown is a hot mess. Vinton, Naiomi, Bubba, and Aunt Fran all quit.
