Despite everything, I try not to become a completely bitter employee and maintain a positive attitude. Every day I try to find some motivation to work, so as not to fall into complete depression. However, it is very difficult when you see that many changes are happening, but unfortunately, none that are in favor of employees.

I just try to joke with my coworkers about the circumstances....gets us all to laugh. We are all in that same Belk boat. All of us are trying to do more than we can possibly do. For my own mental state, I remind myself that I gat paid the same no matter what they ask me to do.
