Does anyone have experience with switching from full time to part time? A full-time job no longer suits me, and I'm afraid I won't be able to agree on a part-time job.
I would also like to add that I am horrified when I notice tensions between part timers and full timers in this company. People accuse each other of various things. Meanwhile, the company is taking advantage of both.
First go to HR. It doesn’t concern supervisors until you actually file to be moved to part time. Basspro is trying to strong arm people right now because they don’t want to be competitive with hiring and they need full time employees right now.
2 times I can remember full timers going to part time, they got bullied out by management. They must teach management to treat people like they are disowning their “family”.
