Looking for a new job when you are almost 50 is very difficult. Competing with much younger people is a big challenge. No matter how many applications I submit, only the young people seem to get jobs. That's the only reason I'm still here. I don’t even know what would be a good advice for people in my situation?

I agree (if this is a real post) this is not the place to ask. There are many resources online. Idk either how you would know who got a position you applied for..but if that is the case you may have an age discrimination case
My advice is to look in the mirror and ask yourself WHY ARE YOU POSTING ON THIS BOARD? This is not an employment help board. Most people on here are miserable at their job so why ask them? And how do you know who got the job you didnt?
