This customer wants the item at the price they want to pay. Everyone enjoys a bargain, but this is taken to a new level by a customer that can afford to make the purchase. They come in for every sale looking at the same item and ask the same questions of everyone they can find. Then want to know when the next sale is. They deprive themselves of a simple purchase. When the item is sold out they have you jumping through hoops searching for it in another Macys location. When you find it they tell you. "I Have To Think About It" and never make a purchase. The customers that buy tell me they go online because a visit to a Macys store is a waste of time.

Wal mart even refuses returns
I had a Indian lady return a dress that stunk of curry. They let her do it.
How about use it and return it. They play the system. We take everything back. If the customers feelings are hurt we give them the bank....return a used worn out dirty item...no problem...please don't make a comment or complaint.
