Cisco hiring minorities only to fire them

So, since this derivative lawsuit has hit the fan Cisco is doing the unthinkable to be able to get their bonus and please the board. They are hiring minorities specifically black people only to fire them once they get the numbers that they need. I heard a VP talking about it and it made me sick. I’m thinking of going to the Department of Justice because this isn’t right.

I call total BS on this one. If nothing else, it doesn't pay to be a white, middle aged or nearing end of career male at cisco. Anything else puts you at the top of the heap, no matter what. "I heard a VP talking about it" really? Where, the office? On the phone with a bunch of others that would corroborate the story? That guy would have been fired in 30 minutes if someone reported it. That is unless you are anything other than a white, middle aged male. Then it's a promo and raise all in the name of diversity. Did I call BS on this one yet?

I don’t think this is a fake post. OP if you have proof go the EEOC Cisco just got busted in California for systemic racism and had to pay back millions. Now it seems they didn’t learn their lesson.

I heard a business owner last night admit that SHE doesn’t hire women for entry level jobs because she needs men in low-paying roles to even out her pay-gap statistics. I’ve said for years this would be the result of this policy, but it was still shocking to hear somebody admit it. And I don’t blame her. Good luck to all those early in career women.
