I herd the front end coach is going away is this true?

they sure leave a/p alone. they do here job well. at least at my store.
no they are not. front end coaches don't even know what to do. like the ap do's. front will sc--w up a a person stealing from the store. a lot of them can not run the front. let alone ap jobs.
In market most of our APASMs went to the FE coach position. Not all but most. I took that as a sign of things to come for the ApAsms.
I thought pl was only 1 to do schedules not coaches
Be odd since they will be one of the main theee ppl doing schedules starting this money - taking it away from the other coaches.
Here’s the thing. APASMs work and function is invaluable to the store. Digital was just elevated to Coach and they absorbed stocking 1 (yes there were exceptions, blah blah blah) but most FE Coaches don’t have a clue about how to run AP. Wouldn’t surprise me if they elevated APASM to Coach and gave them the front then ten repurposed the FE Coach to somewhere in GM, O/N or F&C.
No because AP is merging with the front end. The Front End Coach will monitor the daily activities of APAs.
No, but the apasm is definitely screwed.
