My store has GREAT employees at the $9-12/hr range
It’s the expensive dead weight that’s the problem

A person
Who works for a while, just to get the discount
A teen who lives at home, who needs spending money, and doesn't have to pay bills ( not implying all teens)
Someone who needs a temporary job, until they find a better one
