It’s funny how we do a restructuring that will give us the same results if anything worse results then before. It’s gotten so petty to the point they are requiring associates to wear polos under their vest. On top of that the managers aren’t taking care of peoples points .This is a job not a career.

are store coaches don't even wear walmart shirts. never did. . i seen other s/m and coaches wear them. are coaches think they are too good to wear them.

Walmart has been trying to make everything part time for years. It gets blocked by labor boards. With president xiden on board I'm sure that walmart will eliminate as many workers as possible and only hire cheap labor from outside our borders.
Associates don’t have to wear polos. Only mgmt has to wear them or a dress shirt.
It stop being a career 20 years ago! Walmart has an identity crisis every year of the uniforms change.
Don't know why the associates have to wear identifying vests or polos. You can tell who they are. Just look look into their eyes - they have that glossy dead-eye zombie look.
Once they leave, that look goes away.
