How do we unionize? It's time to level the playing field. Too much has been taken away from the workers plus the decisions are driving customers away. We need to be involved to save this company and have a voice in the game. What union do we approach to get this moving?

Call the Whitehouse, Joe Biden is pro union and is creating good $50/hr infrastructure jobs for Americans everywhere.

X will replace you in a heartbeat. Don’t think you or a large group of you have any weight. You are a commodity. Like TP any brand will do. This post comes up every 4 months by some naive young person trying to change Corp america. Is X that important to you that you want to try to change their culture that’s been tuning the company for 20 years or would you rather spend your energy looking for a job with an employer who actually cares.
