People don't leave bad jobs, but bad bosses - that's right.
In addition to the job being hard enough, my manager further complicates the situation by giving preferential treatment to some colleagues for reasons that are absolutely unrelated to performance. Those individuals are treated like gold, and the rest of us work hard without any of the praise. It's become very annoying.

Happens in my store everyday. It’s either except it or go work some place else.
Unfortunately, it's not illegal at all and happens in every work place and industry.
