All shifts will have new roles
Stocking 3 Team Overnight will be responsible for stocking, picking, managing overstock , setting major modulars and Maintenance will add the Fresh Case cleaning . They will stock all basic freight FDD, all Grocery/Consumables/HVDC, Mclane’s apparel, lawn and garden , seasonal, and impulse checkouts . Pick GM and work all picks. Including all grocery consumables picks done by Second shift .

Sounds good on paper from a team that has never worked an overnight in their entire life!
Walmart likes chaos no stability! Which gives you a mess in the stores.
Wonder if they will do away with the tl over 1&2 since team is smaller and less responsibilities.
The idiocracy of the Home Office started around 2010. Their decisions are like the weather in Bentonville, Armpitsas - if you don't like it, just wait a while and it'll change.
Once this sh!tty idea fails, they will implement a new, even worse one. Then recycle the worse of the worse ideas every 3-5 years.
I wonder if any of the current Manglement has ever stepped into a store or club to see how they actually run.
