I thought earlier that the story of the people employed here without being able to fulfill the job description was a bit exaggerated, until I got a colleague for whom it is by no means clear to me how he got the job here at all. I’m glad for everyone who gets a job and a chance to gain some experience here, but it’s still amazing how some people get to positions they shouldn’t be in at all.
