Anyone in Canada get the 55+ volunteer retirement packages offered this year?

They don't need these anymore as they have mastered the RA process . Whether a BS PIP, Warning Letter (= threat), or job-no-longer-required BS , and how to get away without reporting as such... Jeez they have a fantastic HR dept to execute these actions.. praised by AK
And their legal teams have mastered how to give you an exit offer lower than you might get in court as it is cost efficient based on how many will actually pursue legal action.(I assume a lot of IBM legal costs are sunk costs vs the by-the-hour that scares us individuals)
But given recent "losses" (EEOC
Age discrimination ruling, racial discrimination decision, class action progress) I think the ibm legal is starting to swing some strikes. So I recommend investigating legal (esp if you're in Canada)
I see they continue to get press on race or LBGTQ progress .. this can distract the media from the reality
Haha - why should they - they have enuff ways to get rid of you - haven't ? you been reading?
I tried for three years to get one. Then, I just quit. Good luck!
Several weeks ago I was given the impression that these were on the way and I could be on the list of those receiving such an offer since I meet the criteria. Not a peep since that initial mention.
