Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Can Xerox be fixed?

It seems to me that the situation in the company is getting worse every day. I am actively looking for another job because unfortunately, I think that the situation here can no longer be improved and that this will never be the company I used to love working for. Maybe someone thinks that Xerox can still be fixed?

Not without respect and fair pay to employees first, everyone (except Xerox EC) is underpaid. The new head of research himself just said on his first town-hall meeting that everyone here is underpaid and can find better opportunities even just across the street…I am sure everyone is looking and the small number of good people that is left are gonna leave soon too.

Service at my core is worst I've ever seen. Sales and customers are beyond frustrated. I'm not sales but I only see an up hill climb for them to renew current accounts with the lack of service response. I don't see it getting any better with SNOW initiating later this month.

No way to put this Humpty Dumpty back together again...Too much has been lost. The entire infrastructure of a once great company is gone ..Today company functions in piecemeal.

Fixed? Sure, take it to the back of the barn and shoot it in the head.

The only possible save would have been to align with Fuji. When that fell thru and
Management individuals who I respected for their business acumen and integrity started leaving, I knew it was no longer a downward spiral but the beginning of the end. I eventually made the decision to retire.

Damaged beyond repair...Customers are making that very clear by not renewing with Xerox....
