Thread regarding JCPenney layoffs

Is it just the store i work at or have other stores seen a change in how they do pricing and the small amount of hours they give? At our store pricing gets a very small amount of hours except for the person in charge who mostly works 5-6 days and they get complete shifts. We are always being pushed to finish our work in our 4 hours because they can't schedule us for less. The excuse is always not enough hours. Not sure if its all jcpenneys.
