Any time I've ever heard of a company filing bankruptcy, there was a major house cleaning starting at the top and yet, Belk filed for chapter 11 and neither Lisa Harper nor Don Hendricks were fired. They are the ones who are sinking this ship and they've been allowed to continue to do so.
