Belk is "cleaning house" of store level management. Especially so-called "Dead weight" that are complacent, immobile, over payed, expect mass manager layoffs by mid June 2021 ranging from STM'S to store managers, even some RVP's are not safe.

There are several STMs at West Town that should go. Definitely playing favorites.
Hopefully they take out managers who show favoritism, those who harass and intimidate associates.
