Lawler was terminated with less than one week notice. They announced on Monday, April 26 that Lawler was gone in 4 days?
I’m hearing Lawler is about to be indicted for Bankruptcy Fraud. Supposedly, Del Osso ratted Lawler out. Lawler isn’t the only one about to be arrested—7 people in total.
Anybody else know anything about the coming bankruptcy fraud charges?

I would be concerned about the “sharpen your pencil” exercises. SEC is investigating Exxon for investor fraud for the exact same reason.
I heard it was for Securities Fraud not Bankruptcy Fraud.

But honestly, it’s just business as usual. Happens all the time.
When you fail at a low level, maybe the operations you contribute to are impacted. When you fail at a manager level, the people and operations under you are impacted, etc... at the CEO level, it can be a major change for an entire company big or small. It causes drama for small-minded people and the rumor mill runs on overdrive. This post is an example of that.
How are you hearing this? Why would they have still given him millions to leave?
