More than VPs, the ones that really need to start worrying and look for a new job are all the STX BU employees that kept drinking the cool aid, thinking that after-bankruptcy life was going to be less stressful.

The VPs are terrible. They are self promoting and have ruined the company with their interest over the employees or shareholders . They have no feedback loop for the employees, and they have built an “I” culture.
