OP here..store is in a suburban market in a northeast city with a low cost of living. Lowes just can t seem to keep any employees (gee...wonder why?) so they have to entice with the Costco-like salary carrot. The current staff is up in arms, never seen morale this bad, but just keeps getting worse lol.
Must be in a metro market to be that amount. Can’t see that being offered in most Lowe’s markets. Then again, McDonald’s in Tampa, FL is offering people $50.00 JUST TO INTERVIEW.
