Sometimes I feel sorry for both us and the customers because they simply cannot get the adequate service they should be getting in such conditions. I have friends who tell me that from their perspective the services here are getting worse. I wonder, have customer service surveys ever resulted in service improvements or have they not served any purpose at all?

How many customers really want yo go home and do a survey about Belk and the customer service?
Seriously,....people have other priorities, I doubt Belk, and sale associate are up on their list.
EXACTLY They wonder why associates say they're stressed.
None. The surveys are there to put the responsibility on the associate and take the focus off the way they run the business. Their only concern is the bottom line.
