I left this company recently because I am not so miserable to do a huge job for the company until it closes its doors without being adequately paid or valued for it. Being the last one on a sinking ship in this case there is nothing to be proud of. Now I do less work and am more paid and valued.

I recently left after nearly 13 years and I have felt like the weight of the world was lifted off me after leaving. It's so sad what it has become because there was a time when I loved the company and my job. More recently, I felt like one of the violinists on the Titanic.
