The company starts making money on these Oxy VSP’s after a little over one year. Good for PR too because you can claim continuing “synergies” from the merger. There are likely people who would take it now who didn’t take it 2 years ago.

Maybe they will wait to see how many people actually come back to the office. If too many come back then there might be some trimming left to do.
I hope so. I can see the trajectory of how Oxy is going with Vicky at the helm. She’s about to join the graveyard of those who “get woke and go broke”. So sick of her re--rded identity politics emails just regurgitating media propaganda. I’ve already got a new job lined up, but a VSP would be nice. I’ve heard nothing about one though. I wonder if you could negotiate one with HR?
