I joined State Farm three years ago looking to grow my career. It didn't take me long to realize I made a big mistake. I went from "I plan to stay here for a while" to "I pray they lay me off" within two years. I would have quit by now if not for the pandemic. I just wonder sometimes how many of us are still here for that single reason...

JFC, you all need to get to your “safe place” cover up with your weighted blanket and have a good cry. What a bunch of pussies. What ever happen to controlling your own destiny? You will never be successful or happy with the outlook you have. If I had to work next to you I would put a foot in your azzz.
@2gdb. I'd really like to meet you in person. You are the epitome of a sad person who doesn't deserve a salary from the nations top insurer since you display values are are far below SFs mission or vision statement. You have definitely sold you soul to the devil and evil. Sickening. There is one place for you and it isn't heaven.
See how they treat you. Old SF cared. These id–ts don't so don't care about them. They haven't grown a set yet. Maybe someday they will meet their match somewhere besides hiding behind a computer where they will have to man up and meet face to face without behind closed doors. Typical!
The door you walked in can also be used to exit. Man up and move on if things are that bad Snowflake.
I admire you for your courage to speak your mind. The ones who buy into their phony promises don't have that courage, fortitude and knowledge. Remember, the shared values the company speaks so highly of are in the past and the company has lost its brand due to its disastrous failure to keep those values. Also remember, once you are a criminal it remains on your record forever. The company wasn't always that way. It had an honorable reputation among all that it did business with. Not today! It used to be when you walked into a courthouse, a body shop, a police station, or anywhere insurance did business, State Farm was respected. It isn't that way today especially after they have gone underground and away from personally giving the customer the service they pay for and rightfully deserve. They're reputation has been severely tarnished and they have a long way to go to be what they once were. Insurance is now a disposable commodity. My recommendation: Find something that you can build that people can see and provides them benefit. The old days of the service business are diminishing very fast.
