Interested to hear your thoughts about where you think the company is going, what will operations look like, mutual vs stock co, mergers and acquisitions, next ceo, etc, etc.

If you are a 1-star general in the Army, all you care about is getting a 2nd star. You ain’t gonna buck the system, complain, etc to get the promotion . That is exactly why the leadership is totally clueless about how bad the claims environment is. Jd power even rated below average and sf had to come out and say ‘our own internal surveys say differently”. Rome is burning folks. CCC is a disaster in competency, claims is falling apart, tech is a laughing stock. Just facts. I hope it gets turned around.

@1kuw I don't fully agree with this statement. As you move up the chain of command the quantity of Kool-Aid drinkers goes up exponentially. There are many good first-line TMs, a handful of good SMs, the last good CM passed away recently and if you make it to VP you are a lost soul. What you don't understand is if TM or SM voices their opinion they are instantly labeled and targeted. Being a first-line TM is kinda like working behind enemy lines. Try being the liaison between front-line workers and those above you that don't want to hear any excuses just results. Probably the worst management job in any company.

Ever since the Rusts left, who knows and who cares? They will continue to s— off the system and produce nothing tangible.

The vast majority of front line leaders are s— ups to their leaders. They sold their soul to get there. Don't be fooled! They sell what they personally do not believe in and will never admit it ON THE RECORD.

No, you are 100% wrong. SF doesn't s—, our executive "leadership" s—s. The vast majority of first & second line leaders are good people that will work to do whatever they can for their people. Once you get above that, is when the 's—ing' begins an progressively gets worse as the 'title' grows.

I would believe it if progressive buys Allstate ; they’re selling off everything over there except the p and c.

If the Gainsco purchase goes well expect additional acquisitions or mergers to retain top position. As a debt free company we could easily make a couple significant purchases.

So paying 250 million for RICO lawsuit doesn't mean there is any corruption? @yfu Thats the good old SF way. Never admit when your wrong and bury the truth. SF will be what I call a clusterf— for a long long time trying to wipe its own a–!

They will continue to be in the market but not your leader. No stock company. Just keeping the wheels on.

From a former customers perspective, I see State Farm as just another insurance company, which I no longer care to have a relationship with. Give me inexpensive insurance for the bare minimum without the unnecessary overhead. The days of being loyal to any company are over. That said, expect State Farm to be totally online without agents in the not to distant future.
