Anyone heard anything about salaried pay increases? Like a change to base pay!

Team leads make basically the same as a coach with a bit of OT! O/N team leads start at $23.50 an hour! But can choose to only work a 40 hour week if they want. Bend over salaried LOL
That would be shocking considering they may be about to have their corporate taxes raised and the cost of living is going higher as higher.
