The people that make Lowe's money is trying to unionize. Let's do it. We need to stand together and up for each of us.

You fail to forget that unless an entire district does it at once, they would just "close the store for — issue" for a week or so just to clean house and hire all new staff
You think you have lazy employees now in your stores? It will just get worse in a union environment. You will also see more layoffs and store shutdowns.
If you unionize you know that lazy guy who sits in the break room all day. Yeah that one every store has one. It will be impossible to get rid of him.
Unions can be good but they also don’t make work easier. Example my friend worked at a major shipping company. Union wages when raises were nice. Disadvantage, they had to wear gloves that traced every package they moved and how many and accuracy was tracked. He did well, those that didn’t weren’t fired, but they received 0 hours.
Another example my cousin works at a metal workers union. When jobs start everything is tracked and completion timelines must be met. Those that aren’t doing accurate work, don’t get scheduled. Those that eventually work their way into top jobs are rewarded.
Retail has a lot of workers that don’t push hard every shift, those people may be out of work rather quickly.
In the breakroom your fellow employees will grumble , moan and groan and give a rah rah to the union idea, As soon as it is time to stand and be counted they will not be behind you. Shortly after that , the organizers will be fired for some made up reason.
Lowes associates simply do not have the backbone to do the hard work to get a union vote.
Good luck if you do try this !
