Is it true Xerox took away all non sales bonuses while they re-structure comp plans?

Bonus and pay rises removed in 2020 and I have no expectation they will return. There seems to be a desire to encourage as many people to leave voluntarily as possible before they're forced out or outsourced...
About time. They also need to pull the sales bonus. Seen too many (inkjet and iGen) sales people do unethical things to make a sale. What was worse was their VP's and executives knew and often helped hide the infractions. Made my skin crawl.
Ethics committee should be all over sales and finance. But that will never happen.

Yes. Xerox direct here non sales at mid level management. No more bonus. Started 2020.
At Xerox 'bonus' is two words
