There is nothing that could keep me here any longer, I am actively looking for my next job. I feel like I’ve wasted a few years here, nothing more. Unfortunately, I think it's a similar experience for many at Conoco?
This company has demoralized me and destroyed all my ambitions, and as far as talent development is concerned, I can say that Conoco has nothing to offer. Talented people should not look for work here, they should take their talent elsewhere.

I always had the opportunity to be as challenged as I was willing and rewarded when I succeeded. If you are waiting for opportunities to come to you, you are probably missing out. You
Please go and read other layoff-boards. The opinions expressed are all the same everywhere. If you think you can take your talent somewhere else, here is the news-flash - all the places have their good and bad. Having worked at COP and another oil company, I can say that COP is a much better place.
I wasted an entire work lifetime here. Count yourself as one of the fortunate.
It’s a second rate company in every way
