That stain the rest of us by their stupid behavior and then get caught and blame everything on the Company. The Company is a bunch of toolbags but they get help from the people who would be lucky to be a Walmart greeter if they didn’t have a railroad job. Those are the ones that ruin it for the guys who follow the rules and realize doing their jobs for a paycheck is called work.
Good example is all the Conductors that get paid $400+ to sleep and not call signals, but it’s OK because they hate the Company. The Engineers know who those guys are....
