The link is a cover up. Practice your social responsibility within first before you attempt to do the neighborhood and governance. Talk the Talk but can't walk the walk. That is what really hurts a company's image. Politicians at best.

Hang on, some black agents are screaming racism from the heavens because of "XXX"?? Say it ain't so! SF is based on "systemic racism" (whatever that BS is), just like the rest of the US. It absolutely amazes me how certain groups scream and cry racism whenever they don't get what they want. It's like dealing with toddlers, only instead of "she was mean to me" it's "racism". Never been a better time to be an agent, increase in compensation levels on the way. We have the company by the balls and they know it. The failed plan to transition service to the hubs blew up in their face. Without agents SF is done.

It's all good though. The more they stacked on me, the more I got done. Ever since I started, I kept all the unit/team stats. I still have them in a drawer. There was never a unit I was in that I didn't handle more files, closed more files, and do more work than an anyone in my unit. They didn't promote me because I was too valuable to them at the job I did. They knew it. I carried them through times of the .com boom and everyone was quiting. They crucified Jesus and laughed at him when he was on the cross, but three days later..... just wait a time with patience my brethren, for the truth and justice will always win and evil will fall.
@icq. That’s truth. I was told to stop interviewing because a white male had no promotion prospects. Went to agency soon after, where only results would get me paid. Not perfect but was a better gig for many years.
Dude alarms going off on agency comp reduction going to be huge. My SL trying to get me to do mortgage deal with Quicken. It’s a toast deal I presume going forward. I’m checking out different gigs now deal is a trainwreck going forward. I’ve gotta another year on lease, time to move on to another big deal. I should have never listen to this SL sl–.
Probably good they got out now before the new agency compensation transition goes into effect. It’s going to be a life changing income stream for those that aren’t ready. If u can’t sell you better find a different job. It’s all about the future and someone gotta take the hit. Good luck to everyone.

I was told in 1995 by the "superintendent' that hired me I was not promotable because I was a "white male Caucasian. " It's all about It's ok for me, but not for you and keep your mouth shut. It's ok for them to scream words like Nazi (which is the N word) to a German but don't you use the N word to them. The hypocrisy, power and control game in politics and corporate America is absolutely disgusting. Leadership is weak and has no solutions to realize it is not all about me, it's a business decision, etc. The hate and anger is the end result and it isn't pretty!
