The Oxy.com does not have job postings anymore. Are they buried in the website somewhere?

There is no such thing. You must be an Oxy employee. Are you?
Don't know what you are talking about. Go to oxy.com, click careers at the top, and click "find my job" underneath it. Takes you to this page, which has 94 jobs currently listed in the US: https://oxy.taleo.net/careersection/2/jobsearch.ftl?lang=en
If you're already an employee of Oxy, go to the Oxynet and look at Quick Reference, under Shortcuts. Second line is for current employees; the third line is for individuals who are currently contractors to OXY.
If you not an employee or a contractor, going to oxy.com and then you must do a bit of looking around, but I did find the site the other day for a friend of mine wanting to see what, if anything, was posted.
I would not encourage you to work here anyway. Unless constant change, chaos, being overwhelmed and young bosses is what you want to deal with, look instead for better pastures.

Intranet. But if you want to see it outside of Oxy, search company name and location (Houston, The Woodlands, etc.) on Glassdoor. There's a bunch.
Are you getting to the webpage from inside the Oxy intranet or outside of Oxy?
Nonsense. Look under the Quick Links tab, (furthest right tab) and fInd the “Employee Job Listings/Postings” or “Contractor Job Listings”.
