Does anyone know if I would be eligible for a pro-rated amount of my bonus from the 2nd half of 2020? I left the company in January.

I don’t know how it works for ASM’s, I was a department manager before the purge. I quit after they asked us to apply for positions. I knew I could find something better and wouldn’t take the job from someone trying to feed their family.
I was shocked to get a $400 bonus check a couple months after I quit. I did give my 2 weeks. My gut feeling is they had my name on the schedule still, so it looked like my position was filled.
If you leave after February 1 st you get it but nothing if you leave before thatcsate
You forfeit bonus if you leave before the end of the fiscal year.
