How many of you would leave now if the pandemic had not complicated things in the labor market? More and more people are leaving and it’s amazing to me how much stress people can endure until they finally decide to quit.
I’m sure that wouldn’t have happened if the situation was just a little better in the job market. I decided to go and accept a lower paid job because the situation here became unbearable.

Breaking news: ViacomCBS doesn't care about it's employees...
There are way too many people that have had to take on 5x their workload due to the layoffs last April, and absolutely nothing has been done about it almost a year later. No title changes... definitely no raises... not even an acknowledgment of all the work that is being done. I know others who are the only ones left in their department, and now they don’t even have anyone they report to. These people have fallen through the cracks completely. Forget performance reviews or any chance of growth within the company. ViacomCBS just simply doesn’t give a damn about their employees.
