What a joke! What work am I proud of? Nothing. What's there to be proud of? I managed to not actually lose my s*** even though I was straddling the edge. Most impactful learning experience? Being furloughed taught me that the majority of my stress and frustration stems from BBB. Growth? What Growth? There is no Growth in this company even though they like to claim how much they pride themselves in Growth from inside the company.
There is literally no point in these conversations. They're never going to make it passed the SM. And even if the DM hears about them, do you really think they give a s***?
This company use to feel like a family. Now it's just a horrible corporation that treats their employees like c-ap while paying them pebbles and taking away everything that good about the company.

I almost laughed at my “raise” amount. The saddest part, at least for employees earning minimum wage in California, is this “raise” will be absorbed by the state minimum wage increase that takes effect on January 1, 2022.

The layoff team absolutely is deleting comments. We see you. There was a racist comment that I replied to. Both got deleted. I commented about how they were gone. Now that's gone too. And I'm sure this one is going to disappear as well. Why are you guys being so shady and deleting stuff?
my former ops keyholder transferred to another store not too far away a few months ago, he laughed that our store was actually planning on doing the chats, he said they just brought everyone in the office and told em what their increases were lol

Those are just feel good about us questions because care how you. Since the jobs are part time and the pay cap is low that’s all they have to go with. Farce.
