My manager has completely irrational behavior. Sometimes I even think that he must be super-intelligent so that I don’t understand his logic, which in most cases makes you wonder what the hell is he doing. Basically, I think he’s a completely wrong person for the position he holds. However, it is mine to agree with everything he says. That is, to silently disagree, which literally demoralizes me to a point of quitting.

Someone can’t be “too intelligent” for a job.
Don't worry about the rights and wrongs of the job. Just get paid. At the end of the day, it's the money in your pocket that matters.
If a manager lets someone walk out with that much merchandise, they are in on the theft. Period.
I can beat that we were hit hard in rock hill by thieves and she watched them wipe out about $6000.00 worth and laughed and said wow that was exciting.total id–t
our store manager was fired from Macy's for discounting cosmetics, now she's at Belk!
I’m in retail for 15 years now and for all these years in 3 different places there were only 3 managers right for the job. Smart, classy, energetic, focused on job, not on a mess who to like or dislike or even who to sleep with. Competitive on a positive, encouraging way. True leaders. Others- probably close to a hundred (counting come-and-go)- are absolutely accidental people, actually harming companies they were ( and are) working for.
My manager is truly from a alien world. She is a bully but hides in her office from livid customers and makes her HR director deal with them. A coward and a bully. Reminds me of an ex president!
