How effective were they? Did the company get back on track after the huge layoffs - no.
They cut people’s jobs too quickly and totally recklessly.
What about us who survived - do we now have better working conditions? No, we do not.
Moreover, they laid off the best people and only undermined the future of this company. Just my two cents.
