I get paid very little here for the work I do and I don't have any hopes that I will get a raise. I would prefer to go to another retail company where people are paid better for their work. I am worried a bit about company culture and the overall atmosphere, although it's hard to believe that there are companies in which the atmosphere is much worse. I wouldn't want to burn out from work or add unnecessary stress just to make a few extra bucks. But I guess if they pay more, they'll want more for their money.

Retail is retail is retail no matter where you go. If you don't want to be burned out, don't do retail, no matter how much it's paying.
