Would you stay at Macy's just for the Path to Growth incentive? I acknowledge it may not be the right forum but I wanted to get opinions from more people and outside of my store.

No. The check when we get it is nice, but I would need that every week and it's not gonna happen. Macy's just does not pay enough, period.
Managers "do nothing?" ..you come and do my "nothing" and let's see how long you last.
Also keep in mind hourly get a payment ranged on performance to goal. There's a high and low to goal Its all or nothing for execs.
The first round was really great, we all got paid a large sum. It was all based on sales over goal and a certain amount of money per hour for that quarter. When they realized is was great, they of course made it harder to get and reduced the amount each person got. Not a great bonus system and they keep adding ways to get disqualified.
That’s the sad part. Ex get $450 ? Yet the associate bust their a– so they can get $80. That’s what is wrong with Macy’s. Managers do nothing.
NO
It's not enough to make me stay but I do like it when my store gets it. We made it the last 2 quarters and I received almost 200 each time. Granted it's not a lot but still a nice surprise.
Execs get 450.00
No that's not a deal maker.
I have no clue what people leaders get, but as associate, no way. It amounts to so little and even that little isn't worth three months of haranguing and belittling by the store manager (her implication is that we are all poor and should work harder. Maybe true on a certain level but it's not for someone who makes six figures to say to people, especially so she can get a likely much better incentive on the backs of the associates).
