I have heard from many people that they feel pressure more than ever to leave this company voluntarily. I have had this feeling for more than 10 years, as long as I have been here. I don’t remember this ever being a company that particularly motivated employees to stay.
What drives you the most to get out of here?

I have never worked for a company that has good management. Most are just dumb and can't think for themselves. They are just puppets. I can't respect a man who is scared to stand up for himself. That's how it is at the NS. They all run scared and just do whatever they are told....... Not one real man in management

Every company I ever worked for had fly by night management
Make sure you go to a privately owned company not a shareholder owned company. Especially one without fly by night leadership that are always clueless.
You can’t be serious... maybe less stress, quality of life, job security, just to name a few...
