The majority of your staff realize that you don't contribute anything to your teams. Many geos are clearly overworked. Pioneer could get rid of you all and still operate fine. Probably better actually.
Can anybody sum up one reason that any of these people should stay? What are they contributing?

I think even Daddy and cohorts would be surprised if they could get honest employee feedback and approval ratings of them. Management across the board though. No accountability!

Once you realize that everyone is in a position because of politics and quotas that wall street wants to see, you will be in a better place. Do what the mo–ns ask you to do and no more? This is all about making money, so just get what is due to you and go home at a decent hour, or start your own side hustle. If you are looking for fulfillment in a job in corporate America, I feel sad for you.
I second the motion of being able to rate the performance of your managers
Yet another department with disconnected management. Too many departments across PXD with managers trying to create job justification with an opinion on how to optimize a team. For some reason, only the employees actually working recognize that the managers making these decisions often have never done the job or won't help because then they might be forced to work at least 40 hours in a week. Will employees ever get to rate their managers in a meaningful way? Those would be fun PMPs...
