I don’t know if you have the same problem as I do - making more and more mistakes? It happens to me because I’ve never been under more micromanagement and intimidated by losing a job. How could I not make mistakes when the atmosphere is worse than ever. I no longer have any enthusiasm for work and that is the biggest reason for these small mistakes. Then I start panicking and stressing even more, it’s a vicious circle.

If you’re not close to retirement age, I would suggest that you start looking for opportunities elsewhere because it’s only going to get worse at SF. No job is worth your mental or physical health.
China model
Hmmm. I’ve always wondered if it’s true that Express and Property OR Express and ILR will be combined in order to cut down on transferring customer from ILR to Express and if there’s an escalation transferring again to Property. So much is going on , who knows!! Seems like everybody is just stressed or on edge.
Just wait. You'll hear about "Plug n Play" in the next few days (if you haven't already). Not only will you be responsible for knowing your job, but EVERYONE else's in claims as well. Doesn't matter if you've worked auto or fire for 100% of your career. Some genius in exec decides to cut 35% of the workforce to save salary, then they will plug it with incompetents (no offense, just a reality) to stop gap. Screw customer service! From what I understand the claims ninja, Yi is responsible for this garbage. How someone this incompetent can make SVP is beyond me. Guy MUST know where Tippy has buried the bodies.
they probably want a revolving door so wages stay at a certain level, i seen this before somewhere else and i ran away from it to SF , now i see the same signs creeping up, i am starting to think no matter where you go they all copy each others techniques ....
Sad part about it is they are literally destroying the health of their associates. I couldn't sleep at night with that on my conscience.
It really does seem like they are ratcheting up the culture of fear and setting expectations so high they can never be met. There must be plans in the works to cut back the workforce even more to save money. At least it seems that way in auto claims. Working under this kind of stress definitely leads to mistakes
Not isolated, it is a theme.
Turn and burn....that's their moto. It used to be train and train till it was instinct and a career. One of these days the stage their on will not support their advertised and promise show.
Mistakes will be under the radar... Perfect excuse to be able to fire soon.
