I wonder how many are dissatisfied with the package? I got a very bad offer and I am not at all satisfied. I was hoping for better. It seems to me that the experiences are varied. I have already talked to some people and there are either those who are very satisfied or those who are very dissatisfied, like me.

2 weeks/year? 3 weeks/year?
The last staff reduction was a joke, mostly unrelated to performance. It was an opportunity for the clowns (supervisors and managers) to flex their muscle and vent their hear towards those whom they dont like. And ofcourse, there might be some genuine requirement related reason as well.
I had a good ranking, until a useless, incompetent team-lead and supervisor wrecked my career with IOL, to save their own skins. Both of them were habitual liars, narcissists and technically r—ded. Never believe what they say. As the saying goes, "In a mental asylum, the doctor is the lunatic"
Severance package is based on year of service. Due to that Imperial laid off almost all recent experienced hired (2/3 yrs) for their low severance package amount. Nothing related to performance. You will see still employees with low performance are working there continuously. You are smart enough to understand their fake ranking system. Even a guy with very good category ranking ( done by Imperial Management) was laid off as he was recent hired ( as he will get minimum severance amount). Don’t believe their BS comments.
You can go with a lawyer if you are not satisfied.
