Just wondering what the comps are for folks working at state street and in comparison to other banks. Titles and compensation

Over the last 15 years titles have been handed out with any merit .
They are given to some of the bosses favorites, others are given out to give you a sense of self worth.
You get a title a small to med raise and usually end up doing the same work, or having the boss push some of their work onto you.
State street is a racist douche bag company
titles aren't enough to use for comps. You also need to use the business area. avps in IT get paid differently than avps in accounting, for instance. and bonus structure is different, too.
