Iconic board members have disastrous performance

It's interesting that both the Xrx board members controlled by Carl, as well as those Carl owns sitting on other company boards have a a record of not improving shareholder value, but instead of tanking it. Carl is buying his way into the director seats. Anyone thinking he is doing good work has not researched this man. The non-public performance is worse. Public examples:

In other news about Bausch, Icahn put his own son on the board! Sometimes I feel totally discouraged by how little control / input employees have. Feels like a hamster on a wheel - or the rowers at the beginning of Les Misérables.

I'm off the wheel now but I still visit this site - kind of like checking on a relative in rehab.

There are plenty of formerly great companies, debilitated by years of poor management for these weasels to pillage and plunder. Incompetence, nepotism or both at the root of their current corp. states. Sad reality. Good business for those with no heart or conscience.

Carl and team are taking over Bausch Health, another Rochester icon from the past. There is an old Bausch and Lomb page on TheLayoff.com, but old posts (2017). How soon before a Bausch Health page pops up?

This page https://www.xerox.com/en-us/about/executive-leadership#board-of-directors has the hilarious text:

A company's success is often defined by its leaders, serving as champions for their people and their customers. Xerox's business leaders exemplify value-based and results-driven leadership. They pave the way for the next generation of Xerox leadership to accelerate the company's growth and continue building value for our stakeholders.
