Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

GE Aviation Total Rewards US Benefits team were notified their positions will be eliminated as part of the recent RIF. Details are being worked on and are hoped to be elaborated on by the end of March.

Someone mentioned in an earlier post to "Beware the ides of March". That would be March 15.

March 2nd.... still no layoffs

Hopeful that today is the day GEHC give me the early retirement offer.
Im willin to agree to leaving on last day of month if they pay me my wages for the rest of the year.

I remember hearing A t rate saying the contract really isn’t that bad. I almost busted out laughing. Well GE will continue to raise healthcare and keep wages the same but here is $1000 taxed.

3/01 is almost here. Stocks price will not hold the only way to balance this out is to cut the t rates. They cry, wine that they work at GE but yet they keep coming back after they get laid off. Ohhh they came from making $12 an hr I forgot. Well side note Walmart and Costco are paying $16 an hr starting next week for Costco. A couple weeks for Walmart. Managers will make $20+an hour. How many t rates will get a bump in pay? Ohhh that sell out money t rates will not strike they have no back bone! They are puppets to GE afraid to fight for anything. The union/onion is a joke they say yes to the company every time.

Well it was JS aviation CEO that said the layoff was coming and that notifications would be made by end of Feb. I guess you think he's spreading false information. You're welcome to send him an email and call him out.

For Aviation, our CEO promissed that anyone who was to be cut will know by the end of February. Been a tense month. Haven't heard anything, guess we are all safe!

If anybody thinks that the stock price has anything to do with the actual financial health of a company, I will refer them to GameStop. If you still can't figure it out, then you're not smart enough to deserve oxygen. Your brain obviously isn't using it.

It’s coming 3/01 stocks are up but LC needs the rest of his bonus. The stock numbers are smoke and mirrors and don’t mean anything. With that said so that means good bye. The number is 15% of the great onion t rate rats being sent to the curb.
