It seems to me that State Farm is managing its reputation and the risks to its reputation really badly. Someone here has made a good observation that the company is working on advertisements while at the same time forgetting that people are its most valuable asset. That is why all efforts on handling the threats to its reputation are in vain.

Glassdoor lies. Lots 1 year or less
State Farm Reputation: Criminal syndicate, RICO violators, liars, thieves, and lack ethics. Their "good neighbor" reputation is long gone. Not sour grapes here just good old fashioned truth telling.
State Farms reputation went out the window long ago. It used to be a company that you could say proudly you work for. Now if anyone asks you and you are currently working there, you have to start off by apologizing you work for that mess they created.
Get rid of those stupid and unfunny Aaron Rodgers commercials. They’re tired.
To fully restore the reputation bring back the real Jake .
Reputation? You mean the one they lost and can't find one?
Dumb! You can eliminate the little man but they'll never be able to get rid of his function. When it costs Tippy 10K to clean his pool, he might rethink.
Eh... SF and Mgt will just be stats with their sales amd Blockchain tech “research” and “digital” amd government deals. They don’t need workers or buildings s or smart people.
Technocrats and leadership big win. Cha Ching for them. Yippee!!!
but hey....sf is woke and wins woke awards.
It’s industry wide....no, it’s across the entire economy.
If you’ve ever shopped price or bought anything online you’re just as big a part of it as anybody. We all are. It’s just a little thing called reality.
Times are changing and SF is being left behind in the dust. Projected to be 2 or 3 in Auto market in the coming years. Service has gone down in all aspects (systems, claims, agents, etc) - too much stress on employees due to poor leadership. All MT and family is too protect their pensions and family members. Leadership never wanted to listen to good ideas to move forward - still stuck in the 80s/90s model and that does not work (just look the Bank was sold after most employees did not want this). Then you bring on a dud in Systems who ran a company in the ground and they continue to listen to him - Why? In 10 years this company will be lucky to be alive if it keeps going. Good luck!
unfortunately every single insurance company is doing that...
