They are probably still trying to figure out what the total amount available for raises will be. Promotions are also under negotiation. Deciding bonuses is an easy process compared to salary adjustment.
They were going to ratings without goals to measure people against. We know who the strong performers and who the weak performers are. Why can’t they give raises?
I think the point is without evaluations how can anyone expect a raise or promotion. I realize they aren’t until end of March.
Salary increases and promotions are not communicated until late March.
End of March and effective in April.
When is salary increase time?
