Blaming others for your mistakes

For privacy reasons, I would not like to state what specifically happened, but I wonder if you ever happened to suffer because of a mistake made by your colleague, because he managed to convince management that the fault is not his but yours?
I was shocked at the way he passed the blame onto someone else and how easily they believed him. Moral of the story: brown nosers never get blamed for anything.

some have made it a career of throwing his colleagues under the bus and taking credit for their work. it hear that one recently kissed and blamed his way up to director, after less than two years after his senior manager promotion. if only his boss and hr knew the tactics he used to get these promotions.

SOP, it's called Mattel management.

In other breaking news, water still wet.

I'm going to guess this is about the on-going SEC investigation for internal fraud in the audit department.
